Job Title: Revenue Development
Reports to: Development Director
FLSA Status: Exempt
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday
Essential Functions / Responsibilities
Learn and maintain excellent phone and in person sales pitches with tactful calls to action
Exhibit effective capabilities to work with Chambers, business associations, clubs, faith, and other organizations to source future resource opportunities for FAM
Exhibit excellent delivery of FAMs pitch and differentiation. Encourage donors to sponsor events, drives and so on to encourage sponsorships and participation in FAMs fund raising
Deliver on target results for FAM while enabling future donor growth
Maintain a pipeline and forecast, deliver updates and work with teams to close donations
Meet and exceed targets
Lead, grow and manage others with business development responsibilities
Engage prospects on social media, direct to phone, email or text to build relationships
Education and/or Experience Required
3+ years of related experience. Must pass pitch training on who is FAM
Skills & Abilities
Self-motivated and determined
Assertive, driven personality comfortable with high volume outreach
Creative research and pitch capabilities (email, phone, in person pitches)
Organized, very detail-oriented, able to anticipate issues that may arise
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Ability to work effectively with other team members
